简介:

男,山东威海人,博士,教授,博士生导师,现任土木与资源工程学院院长,“Green and Smart Mining Engineering”中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊执行主编,北京科技大学鼎新学者,中国矿业知识产权联盟理事,国家技术标准创新基地专家委员会委员,全国注册安全工程师、爆破工程师。2006年毕业于北京科技大学岩土工程专业,同年留校任教,曾担任土木工程系副书记、书记、系主任,科学技术研究院副院长,土木与资源工程学院党委书记,高等工程师学院院长;2013年入选北京市“青年英才计划”。美国University of Minnesota、澳大利亚The University of Melbourne和The University of New South Wales大学访问学者。“国家自然科学基金”等国家及省部级科研项目、《Int J Rock Mech Min》、《Rock Mech Rock Eng》、《岩石力学与工程学报》等著名期刊评审专家。主要从事岩土力学与工程灾害防治方向的基础理论与实验研究,在重大工程灾害孕育与动力学演化机理、动态监控与预测预报等方面取得了一系列研究成果。近五年来,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目3项,JW科技委重点基础研究项目1项,“973”计划课题1项,重点研发计划课题2项,横向课题20项;参与国家自然科学基金重点项目及国务院其他部委纵向项目2项。荣获省部级科技奖特等奖1项、一等奖4项、二等奖5项;组织并成功申报国家级基地1个,省部级平台2个,创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队1个。在《Int J Rock Mech Min》、《Rock Mech Rock Eng》、《岩石力学与工程学报》等行业认可的顶级期刊发表学术论文110余篇,其中被SCI、EI收录70余篇。

主讲本科生课程:《土木工程项目管理》、《土木工程发展前沿》。其中,《土木工程项目管理》获评北京市优质本科课程。个人荣获北京高等学校优秀专业课主讲教师。

主讲研究生课程:《地下工程灾害与控制技术》、《岩土工程研究专题》、《岩土工程勘测技术》、《岩石边坡与地下工程》。

创新创业大赛:近三年,指导学生完成国家级和市级SRTP科技创新项目9项,获创新创业国家级奖1项和省部级奖20项。
